Interior Painting

At Carmassi & Sons Painting we take pride in the finer details of all aspects of interior painting, from cabinet finishing, drywall repair, color matching, wallpaper removal, staining and enameling the preparation of all surfaces is the basis for a long-lasting professional finish.  Basic interior painting typically refers to finishing walls and ceilings with a quality latex paint. Generally, two coats of paint are required whenever there is a color change. Before application of finish paint, all surfaces are properly and professionally prepped to assure a beautiful and long-lasting finish. Our preparation process for interior painting includes: new drywall and priming to seal and provide a smooth surface for final coats of paint. All priming is meticulously inspected with a halogen light to check for any imperfections, repairs are done with spackle or topping compound before being smoothly sanded and re-primed. The application method for walls is generally a combination of roller and brush work to give a lush even feel.
